Troubleshooting

We are constantly working to improve the Omadi app. If you experience any operating difficulties while using the app, here are a few ways to fix them:

Android

Refresh

  • In the top right hand corner of the Omadi app, there is a refresh icon.
  • You can also go to Actions > Refresh/Sync Data

If you are still experiencing problems, make sure that both the app and your operating system are up-to-date. The following may be slightly different based on your Android system or on the device itself, but the steps should be similar.

Update 

  • PhoneOn your mobile device, select > Settings > About Phone/Device (This could be located under the Device Manager section) > System/Software Updates > Update
    • This is updating your phone’s operating system. Not the app.
  • App – Select > Play Store > type “Omadi” in the Search bar > Select the Omadi app
    • If the app has not been updated there will be an option to “Update”. If the app is up-to-date then the “Update” button will not be available.

Uninstall

If all else fails, you may have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Before you reinstall do the following.

  • Select >Action's > Send Debug Data
  • Select > Play Store > type “Omadi” in the Search bar > Select the Omadi app > Select> Uninstall

IOS

Refresh

Update 

  • Phone – On your device’s home screen, select > Settings > General > Software Update
  • App – Go to the App Store > Updates > Available Updates > Find the Omadi app
    • If you can’t find the app it is already updated. If you do find it, select Update.

Uninstall

If all else fails, you may have to uninstall the app and reinstall it.

  • Press and hold the Omadi app until it shakes and has an “x” on the top left corner. Tap the “x” to delete it.
