Cancelled Calls

 

Overview:

Cancelled Calls allows users to discontinue the job at any stage of the process.

  1. Find the specific item to discontinue and select it form the list
  2. Select the View tab in the top right
  3. Select Discontinue Job on the right side of the screen
  4. From the drop down list, select Cancelled, then Discontinue Job and verify.

Once the job is cancelled, the job will display the word "discontinued" (in red) on the app and "Cancelled" (in grey) on the Dispatch Live Status page on PC.

Configuration:

This change is Automatic and can not be configured.
