Omadi offers a way to keep a list of commonly used Sites on file. A site could be a location that is often used as a pick up or drop address but isn’t necessarily a Bill To account. A Site can also be created to account for more than one location under a single Bill To account. The Site list can be referenced during dispatch in order to quickly pull address information into either the Tow Start or Destination Address field(s).
To create a Site, access the Customers tab from the Black Menu Bar and choose “New Site” (Customers>Site>New Site).
To use an address from a Site in your Site list, search the Site name in either the Start Site Look-Up or Destination Site Look-Up field(s) during a new dispatch. You may also use both the Start Site and Destination Site Look-Up fields if desired.
