Omadi Agents have the capability to clear the cache for a customer. To do this, start on the Setup Page by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner of the website
Then navigate to the Omadi Agent Pages, found in the right column, under "CRM Organization"
There is an option in the Agent Pages for Clearing the Cache:
After clicking this option, you will be prompted to confirm the action, and then the cache will clear:
It may take several minutes for the cache to clear, but be patient and don't make any other changes on the site until the cache is cleared.
