Omadi offers the ability to connect with Motor Clubs in order to receive dispatches digitally instead of taking a call and manually entering the necessary information. These integrations allow the dispatcher to accept or decline calls, as well as provide an Estimated Time of Arrival, directly from the Dispatch Live Status or Dispatch Dashboard within 90 seconds of the alert that sounds when the call arrives. To setup a new Motor Club integration, start at the setup screen by clicking on the gear in the top right corner of the screen.

The Integrations option is found in the left column, just above the Form Management section

Once the Integrations page is selected, the left column will display all Motor Club types that are available for digital connection. Omadi currently integrates with Agero, Allied, Allstate, Geico, Road America and Quest. To enable these form types and begin the connection process, contact an Omadi Support Agent.

After selecting the Motor Club to connect with, the user will be directed to a page that displays all the currently connected Digital Dispatch Registrations, along with their current status. To connect the Motor Club, click on the "New Registration" button.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The first step in registering a new Digital Dispatch connection will be to select which Motor Club to connect with.

The user will need to have some information provided by the Motor Club in order to complete the registration. If the user does not have this information, please contact a Motor Club representative.

The Auto Accept option allows the user to configure the system to accept every call that comes from this Motor Club without a dispatcher having to accept the call manually. This can save time and prevent calls from being declined if the call does not receive a response in the 90 second timeframe.

The final step is to complete the registration with the "Register" option at the bottom of the page.
