Auditing Reference Guide

 

Auditing Calls

After a call has been completed, the next step is to audit the call. The Audit form part is very important as it  ensures that all charges are correct, and no adjustments are necessary. To access a list of all calls pending audit, hover the mouse over Views on the black menu bar, and click on Audit - Commercial or Audit - Release depending on whether or not the vehicle was impounded.  From the Audit view click on “Audit” to the right of the tow information.

The user's name will auto fill in the audited by field as well as the date in the audit date field.

Verify that all charges are correct and save.
