How are payments recorded in Omadi?
Payments can be added to any tow ticket and are applied to the charge total in Charge Information section. Once you have selected the tow ticket to apply the payment to, make sure to do the following:
- Edit the tow ticket.
- Select the Payment tab.
In the Payments field, you can select the type of payment being applied, and then enter the payment amount to be applied in the Price section.
If you need to apply different payment types to the same ticket, enter the first payment and then click Add Additional Item to open a new payment line item. You can then choose the payment type and add the price amount.
When you have finished, click Save and that payment will now be reflected on all Omadi records.
